RISE Corporate Wellness Program

My signature RISE Corporate Wellness Program is comprised of 8 modules, each addressing a crucial element of health and wellbeing. To ensure long-lasting impact, the program is built upon four pillars represented by the acronym RISE.

R – Resilience Building

All modules are focused on equipping individuals with tools and techniques to develop resilience to help them bounce back from setbacks, adapt to challenges and maintain a positive mindset no matter what life/work throws at them.

I – Inner Transformation

Throughout the program, participants embark on a journey of personal growth and inner development. They explore self-reflection, self-awareness and self-improvement strategies to align their thoughts, emotions and behaviours with their wellness goals. This fosters positive change and transformation from within.

S – Sustainable Habits

Each module comes complete with a workbook that is packed full of information, ideas and easy-to-implement changes and lifestyle practices that deliver easy wins. This helps to create healthy habits to support lasting change.

E – Emotional Wellbeing

Throughout the program, participants gain insights into 8 key elements of health and learn how to manage emotions and improve emotional intelligence. Participants are taught techniques for stress management and self-care to nurture emotional wellbeing and enhance health and happiness.

The RISE Corporate Wellness Program can be customised or modified to suit your timeline and delivered in hour-long modules, half-day or full-day workshops. The program can be tailored to suit your industry and you can select specific modules or topics to create a wellness program customised to your exact requirements.

Hour Long Modules/Half-Day/Full-Day Workshops

Corporate wellness programs delivered in half or full-day workshops are great for rapid immersion and a deep dive into wellness. Alternatively, the RISE program can be delivered over multiple weeks or months in hour-long blocks, each covering a specific module to provide ongoing and sustained support. This allows plenty of time for staff to implement the training and ensures sustained progress and continuous improvement in health and wellbeing outcomes.

This module covers a range of content aimed at empowering participants to better understand, manage and cope with/overcome stress to create a happier and more fulfilled life.

With an estimated 33-45% of Australians (Sleep Health Foundation) experiencing some form of sleep issue, be it difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up too early, this module is designed to help participants understand sleep and achieve deeper and better-quality sleep to wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

However, with today’s busy lifestyle, food choices may revolve around convenience foods, fast foods and takeaways that lack essential nutrients. Exercise may also be neglected in the face of demanding schedules and competing priorities leading to a more sedentary lifestyle.

This module is designed to help participants understand the importance of good food, nutrition and exercise/movement. It is designed to empower participants to make conscious food choices, understand meal planning and find easy ways to add movement or exercise into their daily routine.

For ease and convenience, the RISE Corporate Wellbeing Program can be taught onsite or live online and each module lasts between 45 minutes to one hour. Each module is packed with easy-to-implement strategies along with helpful information and resources.
